I bought the proemb bf-1200 model. It is really the best. I have used many embroidery machines, but this one is no different from Brother's Ricoma embroidery machine in terms of quality. It shows excellent embroidery quality like Tajima embroidery, and the service is also really great. I would like to sincerely thank Rebecca for her advice. She is always kind and patient in teaching me everything. Even though I was always bothering Rebecca, she was always kind and even answered me during lunch time. She also helped me worry on weekends.,And I would like to thank my engineer Alyssa who is always there to help me whenever I have any problems or questions about the machine. I am really satisfied. If you are considering buying this machine, don't worry. I guarantee you will be 10000% satisfied.
